Business Development Manager

Legacy Telecom Ltd are currently looking to recruit a professional Business Development Manager to join our small sales team in LEIGH, Greater Manchester. 

The role is to actively sell Hosted Telephony, Business Connectivity and Business Mobile plans and services, the role requires the candidate to be dynamic, self-motivated and ambitious.

We're concentrating on the local area of Leigh, Wigan, Warrington and surrounding areas, with an emphasis on a "local company, supporting local businesses" 

We are looking to build a strong sales team and strengthen our abilities to expand the business. We are offering a basic salary with uncapped commission including an annual over target bonus.

The person in mind must be experienced in selling Hosted, and Business Connectivity to Business-to-Business (B2B) environment. The successful candidate will have access to local data on the database but also self-source new leads in order to build a pipeline of opportunities.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

For the first 3 months we would offer a probationary salary of £24K depending on experience, plus any commission. 

The right person should expect an OTE of £29K - £35K in the first year.  Commission rates are: 30% for new business and for the first 6 months we'll pay 25% thereafter. Allowing the new starter to get established and offering a helping hand with the higher commission rate.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 4:30pm. 

Initially you will receive 20 days holiday in addition to the 8 UK Bank Holidays. For achieving candidates there is a pay review after the 3 months probationary period and additional holidays on your first completed year with us.
