Commercial Business Manager
Chris Markey
I have worked in various roles since starting my career within Local Authority. I worked my way up from IT Helpdesk to become a Software Installation Engineer.
After working for 10 years in the IT industry I decided to follow a career path that I wanted to do since a child and became a Police Officer. After three years or so, I became a Detective and remained working in the Police for almost 13 years.
I left the Police Force and worked as an Investigation Officer for an Ombudsman for over 6 years leaving to come and work for Legacy Telecom Ltd as a Commercial Business Manager. I oversee the business from the Warehouse Department, Sales, Purchasing, HR and Accounts.
Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit to if my aching bones will allow. I also enjoy travel, house renovations and socialising with friends. I have two dogs, a Dalmation called Bella and an Airedale called Martha who dominate the house but wouldn’t be without them.

Jessica Gentry
I've worked in sales and account manager roles for 20 years I enjoy talking to people and the relationshipship building of account management is one of the aspects of the job I love.
I have two children who take up my time out of work, we go walking, bike rides and love going to football as a family on the weekends, I still love the caravan holiday experience I love travelling abroad for the weather and site seeing, and we enjoy city breaks outside the the UK.
I have a little dog called teddy and I’m a secret bingo fan on a Sunday night …. Eyes down !!!

Lee Smith
Hi, I started with Legacy Telecom back in 2012 within the stores
Dept, I’m a practical “hands on” person who is a qualified joiner by
trade. On and off I have worked in the telecoms industry since 1996 and the stores environment is where I set my standards high for the products that comes through the door. I’m consistent with attention to detail.
When it comes to relaxing I like to do DIY around the house and garden. When I’ve caught up with DIY my wife and I enjoy socialising and taking care of our rescue cat named Jasmine Stella Smith.
My go to holiday destination is the USA, especially Las Vegas,I always find some unique experience to do on every visit. My other passions include music, I enjoy a real electric mix from Metal through to Dance.

Business Development Manager
Stephen Dykes
Having fallen into telecoms in 1998 with a temporary job I have so far been unable to get out.
Throughout the last 24 years I have had the pleasure of working with some of the largest organisations in the industry such as Cisco and BT, as well as a number of smaller owner managed organisations.
And I now bring with me that experience to Legacy Telecom with a vision to drive the telephone system and connectivity side of the business.
Outside of work, when I’m not running around after our 3 girls, I enjoy a relaxing latte with my partner as we watch the world go by. I can also be found tinkering with websites or playing computer games. And sometimes wandering aimlessly up a mountain or two. Very rock and roll!

Darren Birt
I have been involved in telecommunications since the mid-nineties, and for almost two decades, I have been proudly associated with Legacy Telecom.
Within the company, I am actively engaged in sales and
marketing, which I find incredibly fulfilling. Beyond my professional endeavors, I have a passion for DIY projects. Whether it's painting walls or
performing general maintenance around the house or garden, I find immense satisfaction in bringing my creative touch to these tasks.
