Return to Base Warranty

Legacy Telecom Ltd offers a full 1 year 'return to base' warranty on all Genus products. The warranty commences from the date of arrival with the customer. Please note that should an item require replacing within this period, the warranty does not restart with a further 12 month warranty.

The warranty period will continue from the original supply date.

With all new global products the manufacturer’s warranty will take precedence.

Refurbished Products Warranty

Refurbished products are supplied with a 12 month warranty.

Invalidate Warranty

Any misuse, wear & tear or abuse of goods by the customer will invalidate the warranty.
