We would like to highlight the” Try Before You Buy” procedure ensuring there is full transparency of the service that Legacy Telecom Ltd is offering.

To qualify for a trial you must be a registered trading organisation, looking to purchase a minimum of 5 units.

Email your requirements to our sales@legacytelecom.co.uk letting us know further details about your interest.

• Name of the organisation
• Contact name, telephone number and email address
• Number of units required
• What telephone or device are you connecting to whilst undertaking the trial

Once the above is qualified we will ship the goods on a next day basis (subject to stock availability) via our courier service.

7 Day Trial

We will offer 7 working days to trial an item.

Please note that costs for returning an item will be the customer’s responsibility. An authorised returns number will be required prior to returning any item; please refer to our Returns Policy section.

Sale or Return

If you are trialing goods via the sale or return route we would strongly recommend that you only open one of the purchased items; if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods, items can be returned with most of the purchased items in an unused state. All returned items must comply with our Returns Policy.
