Legacy Telecom Ltd are currently looking to recruit an office based sales professional to join our telesales team in LEIGH, Greater Manchester

The role will include selling telephony products and services and requires the candidate to be professional, dynamic, self-motivated and ambitious.

We are offering a basic salary with uncapped commission, 30% new business commission and including an annual over target bonus. The person in mind must be experienced in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, hardworking and target driven.

The successful candidate will have access to data via Act CRM, also self-source leads and eventually manage existing customers . You'll have access to marketing resources for email and marketing campaigns. 

WHAT'S ON OFFER

For those with telecoms experience for the first 3 months we would offer a probationary salary of £25K plus commission with a salary review after the probationary period, this will be negotiable and based on performance.

Applicants without experience in telecoms hardware sales (B2B) we would offer a starting salary of £23K plus commission which will be reviewed after the 3 month probation period. 

The hours consist of working 32.5 per week, Mon - Fri, 9am - 4:30pm

The right person should expect an OTE of £30K - £35K in year one. Commission rates are 10% commission for existing customers and for the first 6 months we'll pay 30% for new business and then 25% thereafter. In addition to this we offer an over-target commission for those who exceed their target. Once your annual target and new business is achieved,  we would pay 15% for all existing business, for the remainder of the financial year.

There are no sales targets within the 3 month probationary period, and thereafter we will structure a Year One Plan to increase sales targets incrementally over the remaining 9 months.

We have set KPI's for call at 40 over 1 minute per day. Home working 1 day per week, after targets and KPI's are met.

Initially you will receive 20 days holiday in addition to the 8 UK Bank Holidays. For achieving candidates after the first 12 month, we will offer additional holidays. We also gift holidays over the the Christmas period. Experience in the telecoms industry sales role is an advantage.
