Returning Goods

If you change your mind or you’re not 100% satisfied with your order you can return the goods within 7 working days of delivery.

All goods must be returned in the same state and condition as they were delivered, complete with all the original packaging along with any documentation. Failure to return goods in a resaleable condition may result in a restocking fee of 20%.

Packaging and posting costs are not refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty.

Returns Policy

All items for return must have an authorised returns number displayed clearly on the outside of the returning parcel. Please read our Returns Policy for more information. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Authorised Returns Number

Please Email us or call us on 01942 686 260 Mon-Fri 09.00am - 5.00pm for an authorised returns number. Any item returned without an authorised returns number will not be accepted by Legacy Telecom Ltd. The cost of returning the goods to Legacy Telecom Ltd will be the customer’s responsibility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of goods to Legacy Telecom Ltd. The returns address for all items is:
