We'll Collect & Return Free of Charge
We will collect free of charge 10 or more headsets to save both time and money. Simply put them in a parcel and we will send in the courier to collect them on your behalf.
Whatever Model, Whatever Condition
Don't worry about the model or manufacturer of the headset you wish to exchange, we will guarantee you will receive a new Genus Pro of your choice in return.

We will recycle your faulty headsets wherever possible and dispose of those units that are beyond repair in an ethical way.
Compatible with Plantronics
Please note if you are looking to exchange the headset only, the Genus are compatible with Plantronics headsets and leads, other brands may require the purchase of a Quick Disconnect Lead or sometimes referred to as a QD Lead. Legacy also offer a range of Headset Accessories to complement any office or contact centre environment.
