It acts as a high‑quality sound card and digital signal processor to improve audio clarity on softphone and VoIP calls. Key functionality includes inline controls for call answer/end, volume and mute, built‑in digital signal processing with noise and echo suppression, stereo audio support, and features to help meet workplace acoustic standards. It also enables deeper device and inventory management when paired with optional management software.
